Role 1: was SquareTrade(1.4bn), from an intern to help build their warranty program. After 6 months promoted and led the creation of a 45 person business unit that generated over $1.5 million ARR.

Role 2: VP of SKOUT (65mn), helped create the first dating app for iPhone, and led company to its first profitability. The company raise 20m from A16 Ventures and would be exit in 2016.

Role 3: Redg was tasked by Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs to create the first open API service, collaborating with the largest telco carriers in the world, unifying the business between applications and developers. He established the ATT center program (called ATTFoundry) globally and expanded the NGConnect program.

Role 4: Redg was CEO Supported over 100+ startups that raised +$340M through Wearable IoT World Labs (ReadWrite Labs 2015 acquisition) and hosted events in IoT across 4 continents. Grew ReadWrite media 10+ million reach.

Role 5: Raise 3.5M for a Social Good Agricultural startup. Currently in RD and hired in suitable replacement CEO.

Role 6: Sheeva.AI - Work alongside the CEO on finance and growth initiatives.
