I built the first standalone vertical at HuffPo and for the first 2 years wrote and recruited more than anyone on staff. I recruited the core founding team at Mediaite and started it from scratch, from back when my Twitter and Tumblr were the top traffic referrers. Started #ChangeTheRatio and made it reeeaaally hard to ignore. Co-founded TheLi.st, because anyone knows that the smart money's in feminism. (Really.)
