* Conducted the development of Estonian census software: all people and households in Estonia were enumerated using the system within 3 months in 2011.
* Lead the development and initial launch of Estonian Tourism Gateway www.visitestonia.com in 4 months, set up a development team of 10 people and processes to develop it further
