Built a 0-1 irenting platform which let the owners rent their flat within 48 hours with an assured rent Guarantee(predicted by a proprietary algo). It was a Delta 4 experience for tenants too as they can visit the flats without human intervention using Smart locks, and shift in the flat within 30 minutes by simply scanning a QR code.
Boostrapped it to 2 Mil $ revenue and was operationally profitable till covid struck.
