What's the most useful business-related book you've ever read?

There isn't one, as they are too situation dependent. If I could name three, I would say Maverick by Ricardo Semler, Birth of the Chaordic Age by Dee Hock, and Re-Imagine by Tom Peters. ... Built to Last and Good to Great by James Colins.

What's your favorite non-business book?

Again hard, naming one, Daemon from Leinad Zeraus (now know under his real name of Daniel Suarez) was amazing. Neil Stephenson is good. Peter F. Hamilton is also great. Dan Simmons. Many.

What aspects of your work are you most passionate about?

Many of our previous employees have become entrepreneurs themselves. That is hugely rewarding.

What was the most impactful class you took in school?

Math and Physics were the best, mostly because I had very good teachers there. Later during the MBA, Creativity, Innovation and Change was mind opening.

What's something you wish you had done years earlier?

Getting Bitcoins. LOL :)
