    DOJ Trial Attorney: Represented (in court) and advised agencies such as GNMA and FCC in matters involving large sums of money and complicated financial scenarios.

    Tech startups: Built mobile email company from scratch. Licensed hardware tech to major consumer electronics companies, setup and managed network operations and customer support, recruited and managed great hardware, software, DSP, and QA teams. Raised over $20 mil in venture capital. Built company to annual run rate of over $10 million per year with only 2% monthly churn. Setup JVs in Australia and UK and production in China and Japan. Took public.

    Created new B2B SaaS category: Founder and CEO of ML-driven contract analysis and implementation system. Acquired by Conga/Apttus. Raised venture funding, hired 65+ team, lots of awards and accelerators.
