Drove 3rd party merchant expansion, produced the launch playbook, automated the processes, and trained our team on 3rd party launches. Successfully launched 40+ merchant locations, bringing 3rd party merchant offerings to over 3MM customers.
Led the product vision and strategy at Eaze (Series D, ~200 employees), the largest cannabis e-commerce platform in the US. Product suite included: consumer web, consumer mobile apps, EazeMD medical recommendation app, driver apps, payments, internal/partner tools, SEO, & internal APIs. The Eaze consumer UX was industry-defining as the cannabis industry and regulatory environment rapidly matured.
Overall Eaze NPS: 70+, iOS app rating: 4.8+ stars, Android app rating: 4.3+ stars (despite cannabis app restrictions)
Built out the Product organization at Eaze, hiring and leading a stellar team of 12 across product management, product design, and product marketing. Created & evolved the team’s mission, values, & processes as the team grew. The Eaze product team was profiled by the LA Times in 2018.
