• Established central DevOps group with responsibility for central Quality Automation Frameworks, central End to End Performance testing, Infrastructure Automation, Configuration Automation and Delivery Automation.
• Established Production Operations team with responsibility for Live Environment management, Application Deployments, Database Operations and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Leading member of Lean Office responsible for establishing and executing Lean transformation roadmap. Roadmap included training, coaching, process and metrics rollout.
