I've been working in tech for 10+ years with a focus on scaling operations. At Facebook, I led the team that provided support for 150+ million users in Latin America, then I managed support for Instagram's 100+ million users. At Secret, I built out the company's user support operations from scratch before taking over as Operations Lead for the entire company, responsible for Finance, Legal, HR, and User Ops. I built and ran a 24/7 operations team at Fin. At Deliveroo, I ran our Rider Support strategy with a focus on fraud and escalations.
