Achievements

Led Engineering at Redfin from $250k to $55M in revenue. Grew the team to 50 people and built the best real estate search app in the US through great data, SEO, and mobile/Web user experiences. IPO in 2017.

Rebuilt Classy into an enterprise online fundraising platform by hiring from 5 to 30 engineers and data scientists and transitioning the app into a scalable API-based platform run on AWS. PCI Level 1 certified. Donations increased from $75M to $500M as Classy was able to bring on Salvation Army, Shriners Hospitals, and other large non-profit customers.

From zero customers and revenue to $100M+ and an IPO, I was the Chief Architect at Plumtree Software. Built the industry-leading Plumtree Corporate Portal platform and sold to Fortune 500 customers.
