I thrive in startup environments and can adapt and flex as companies grow, navigating relationships between investors, executives, and new hires. I've worn many hats, often taking a large role in recruiting, strategy, and internal company processes. At Haus, a startup funded by Garrett Camp, co-founder of Uber and CEO of Expa, I built a new online real estate marketplace from conception to revenue generating product as the head of product. Prior to that, I ran security programs at a cybersecurity startup called Synack, defining the scope of work with Fortune 500 companies and startups, setting success criteria, and negotiating terms and renewals, leading to an annual retention rate of 120% (inclusive of renewals and upsells) and the largest deal in company history at the time.
