    About
    Achievements

Over the past year, with minimal resources, I've led a diverse team through a strategic shift, restructuring, fund-raising push, and launch of a social enterprise. This team has included professionals at wide-ranging levels, working in various capacities from volunteer to full-time, located around the globe: India, Nigeria, Switzerland, and across the USA. Managing this complexity with limited resources has required creative uses of technology as well as low-tech management hacks. Not only have we built a culture of purpose, accountability, and transparency, we have generated over 25 jobs for marginalized youth during my tenure and over 50 jobs since inception.

Describe the most impressive thing you've done.
