    Senior Product Designer 1995 - 1998 (almost 3 years)
NetObjects Fusion was the first web development tool to focus the user on building sites, not pages and to do so without requiring the user to know any html. In what became... more commonplace thereafter, the NetObjects Fusion interface resembled a page layout application rather than a text editor; it then constructed the HTML for you based on your layout.

Working under co-founder Clement Mok, I designed major portions of the NetObjects Fusion interface versions 1.0 through 4.0 including everything from the interface architecture down to screens, dialog boxes, palettes and icons.

Art project about the impact of the internet
Interaction Designer · 24 Hours in Cyberspace (February 8, 1996) was "the largest one-day online event" up to that date, headed by… · More photographer Rick Smolan with Jennifer Erwitt, Tom Melcher, Samir Arora and Clement Mok. The project brought together the world's top 1,000 photographers, editors, programmers, and interactive designers to create a digital time capsule of online life."

I helped design the end to end workflow for a group of 200 photographers shooting analog chrome film to get their images back to HQ in SF so we could publish their images on the same day they were shot.
