With a small team, we redesigned and rebuilt the site from the ground up, maintaining or improving all metrics. After spending some time on funnel and value prop optimization, we were able to get the subscription revenue on track to surpass the existing ad revenue.

Co-Founder Fresh Canteen:
With no prior food business experience, I launched the first meal kit delivery service in Canada. We delivered over 10k meals in our first 6 months.

Co-Founder Shopcaster:
At Shopcaster, I solved the weighing and measuring problem our customers had by providing boxes with pre-negotiated shipping rates. Customers would then simply have to tell us which box an item fits in. We signed up over 1000 shops and had over 10,000 products available in inventory. Shopcaster raised about $1.2MM before eventaully shutting down.
