Versaic: Led the vision and architecture of new technology (3 patents) resulting in steadily increasing revenues from a $1M run-rate in 2011 to a projected run-rate of $5M in 2018, reducing annual client attrition from over 30% to less than 5%, powering the reboot and rebranding of the company in 2011, and leading to a successful exit for investors in 2018.

Frontrange: Reduced total application development bugs by 90%, increased team productivity by a factor of 2 on a per-person basis and improved the company’s ability to debug applications and diagnose customer application problems by introducing a new application development process and RAD paradigm.

Actuate: Delivered the 1st production release of the enterprise-class Actuate Report Server on SunOS/Solaris, Windows NT, HP-UX and AIX just 15 months after hire date, resulting in $10 million of revenue in 1996 and $100 million of annual revenue by 2000.
