I have experience in all aspects of being a CFO - accounting, execution and long-term value maximization. I started my career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as at a boutique accounting firm. I am or have been a Board Member/ Observer at a numerous companies including Brightcove, Impinj, JumpTap, Pure Digital and Visible World where I work with management on adopting best practices. I run TMT Venture Capital at AllianceBernstein so have driven numerous fundraisings and was a TMT banker at Lehman Brothers executing equity, debt and M&A. Finally, like many recent high profile CFO hires, I have Wall Street experience as a Sell/Buy-side Analyst (AllianceBernstein) so I bring public company rigor to private companies and know how to maximize an exit, including helping a company perform afterward.
