• Develop and manage workstreams for M&A Team including the data-driven sourcing pipeline, due diligence processes,
financial / presentation templates, investment theme creation and strategic projects with Operations/AI/Finance teams.
• Coordinate internal resources in Operations, Legal, Finance and Technology to execute and integrate new brand acquisitions.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties to manage acquisition processes and strategic initiatives
