- Was offered a PMM Lead (management) position on established PMM team but turned it down in favor of joining a team working on earlier-stage products

- Won XFN leadership award (5 PMMs out of org of hundreds) for leading a team of 6 PMMs on a strategy project to re-focus our team on specific industry verticals

- Led a Facebook product from alpha to launch without PM support: drove product strategy, guided engineers and designers in product development, ran alpha and beta testing, and launched Brand Collabs Manager, a tool for connecting brands and influencers
