Portfolio Impact: Led team dedicated to accelerating RRE companies’ success. Worked with founders to address challenges around talent + culture, business model, go-to-market strategy, brand, launch, and customer acquisition. Launched RRE LEAD, a program in leadership education that developed outstanding management teams. Nurtured relationships with Fortune 500 technology buyers to understand their pain points and find opportunities for the RRE portfolio.
