Helped build significant portions of Opendoor’s marketing machine – taking the company from ~$150M in homes purchased annually to $4.8B+ in acquisition run rate, and delivering 600K+ offers to homeowners. A few highlights:
• Built email/lifecycle marketing from scratch and led program for 2 years – which consistently drives 35-40% of all acquisition offers and contracts
• Crafted early positioning, messaging and product marketing as we achieved product-market fit, increasing homepage conversion 50%+
• First marketer to collaborate w/ our ops team and Lennar on homebuilder partnership channel, which grew to 15% of transaction volume
• Scaled the customer stories program, produced over a dozen customer videos that are the highest performing/lowest cost video ads in paid channels
• Led winning “Opendoor for Business” hack week project in October 2019 and launched pilot program in Q12020
