Started 2x companies, and led one to exit. Have since been angel investing and sliding in as an operator where needed. VP Marketing for Ecovent (Acq. Keen Home). Co-led the creation of Feed the Frontlines Boulder, which raised $750K to support local restaurants and provide fresh meals to frontline healthcare workers for the first 6 months of the pandemic.
Scaled and led MIT's acccelerator program for 3 years, companies have raised over $250M with acquisitions by Dropbox, AthenaHealth, Sweetgreen and more. Then I went and did the same at CU Boulder for 3 years, where alum companies of the accelerator were acquired by Sphero and other companies.
Now I run everything entrepreneurship at Rice University, with a particular focus on translating deep tech from our research labs into real world companies and impact.
