    Q&A
What's the most useful business-related book you've ever read?

Good to Great by James Collins is the most useful business book I have ever read. As it stands, James Collins creates a formula on the elements of a great company. Also, I thought it dispelled some stereotypes of the successful CEO.

    What's your favorite non-business book?

The alchemist is one of my favorites. It really depicts how everyone is on their own journey in the pursuit of happiness. As a collegiate athelete, pumping the breaks on intense external competition and focusing on my personal journey was liberating.

If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?

This ties closely to the Alchemist. After reading that book, I knew in my journey I wanted to starts successful company and save the ocean. In short, I would be doing the same thing I would be doing now, with more philanthropy and more fishing.

Which founders or startups do you most admire?

I admire Bill Gates the most. While he was CEO I loved how he was described as "paranoid", his attention to detail is something that I really admire. Also, his commitment to philanthropy and innovation. He tried to make drinkable water from poop!

    What's your super power?

Energy. I believe energy is infectious and if sustained can carry teams of people to places that seemed impossible.

What's the best way for people to get in touch with you?

Call me or meet through coffee. I love being present and in discussion.
