Co-founded and sold Inirus LLC, a systems integration professional services organization, growing it to over $16 M revenue. Primarily drove sales, delivery and marketing activities. Clients included Cisco, NetApp, Google, Salesforce, SunPower, VeriSign, and Facebook.
Prior to this as an Independent Contractor at Cisco, built and executed a roadmap for a multi-year multi-project program to transform operations within finance. This included upgrades, database merges, and the implementation of self-service utilities around procurement, expense management and vendor onboarding. Selected a large offshore SI partner and worked alongside a large US-based SI partner to manage and refine delivery tools and processes within a Release Management Organization (PMO) framework.
