    - Founded Diamond Technology Solutions in 2007, a company that specializes in Software and E-Commerce solutions for the Diamonds and Jewelry industry. He built a team that now handles 150 diamond and jewelry clients in 14 countries across 5 continents.

    - Led a team of 3D Graphics Engineers and Technical Artists at Electronic Arts. As part of the Central Gameplay team, his team built a cross-studio, next-gen platform to share gameplay animation features and data across all sports franchises including FIFA, Madden & NCAA.

    - Programming Ball Physics, Camera Collision Detection and Resolution, Inverse Kinematics (Player Limbs), Weather, Character Physics, Collisions and Gameplay at Hypnotix, Inc that got acquired by EA in 2005

    - As part of Prof. David Luebke's team at UVA, Kashyap worked on researching optimization techniques for real-time rendering of large scale 3D models, the findings of which were presented at ACM Siggraph 2004 as part of a research paper.
