Elves... more is a human assisted ai startup focused on building a better digital assistant. With Elves, consumers can do anything from booking flights to delivering groceries - they simply download our app and chat with a human agent (our elves) that work on their request for free.
Our custom built console, that elves from anywhere in the world use to communicate with our users, is constantly searching our repository of millions of conversations to locate the most relevant previous request served. From there it postulates to the elf what to say next based on what the previous elf working on the same type of request said. This saves the agent time and gives positive affirmation that the machine got it right. Once that sentence reaches a high enough confidence rating it can begin going out without the next elf getting involved, essentially generating “Alexa Skills”
In the last couple of years we've expanded to serve more than a million users around the world.
