Previously I worked at Morgan Stanley in Technology Business Development where my team served as conduits to new technology at the firm. I partnered with internal IT to facilitate the selection and on-boarding of emerging technology vendors. Through this role I remained on top of trends in the enterprise IT market and evaluated new offerings from startups in areas such as Big Data, mobile, social, and consumerization of IT.
I started the NY Enterprise Technology Meetup (www.nyetm.com) in January 2012, and the group currently has over 3,000 members. The NYETM is the first meetup group in NYC focused exclusively on enterprise technology company demos and brings together corporate buyers (IT and business people), entrepreneurs, investors, and students.
