I find and negotiate... more deals with all of the artists, draft contracts, work with the printing press and distribution and manage the PR campaigns. I organize and run all aspects of the events. Including sourcing staff, finding the venues, designing and building the sets, and managing the sound quality. I help design the clothes, and market the product.
