Conceived and developed the ETRE (Exchange Traded Real Estate) Platform, which allows property owners to list individual real estate assets on national stock exchanges. The platform is envisioned to provide global investors access to specific real estate investment opportunities in the public markets through the introduction of single asset real estate investment trusts, termed by ETRE as Exchange Traded Properties (“ETPs”).
Created a family of real estate investment trust (REIT) equity indexes including 5 sector specific indices and one composite index using a proprietary smart beta enterprise-value based methodology. Partnered with NASDAQ to co-brand these indexes as the NASDAQ ETRE REIT Index Family.
Designed and developed ETRE Trader, a web-based equity order management system specifically designed for real estate securities. ETRE Trader is one of eight trading applications that has been approved by E*Trade to provide access directly from the E*Trade website.
