I'm a successful entrepreneur, engineer, and artist. At 23, I co-founded Womply, and over four years helped grow it to 100 employees and over 30,000 brick and mortar merchant customers. Throughout my tenure, I played a critical role across product development, marketing, operations, sales, business strategy, and hiring. Today, Womply employs over 250 people and is one of the fastest growing merchant-focused companies in America, having raised a $30 Million Series B.
In mid 2015, although things were going well for the company, I was being deeply called to explore life outside of the office, and decided to leave Womply. In 2016, this exploration led me to create Ascension: a 20 foot tall, 4,000 pound climbable steel sculpture. To do this, I raised $37,000 in 21 days and had just seven weeks to build it with no team and no prior steel work or welding skills.
Now, I spend my time as a product lead at catch&release and as an artist.
