    About
    Achievements

Jeff is an experienced SaaS company "builder" - as CEO, venture capitalist and M&A executive that is grounded in data-driven product management and customer value proposition principals.

While ideally seeking a full-time role in a $50m+ SaaS company that wants to grow rapidly, he is helping smaller companies pivot, raise capital, consolidate and expand through partnerships. To that end, he is raising a small VC / PE fund that will provide equity and debt to emerging SaaS companies- while also directing deal flow to partner firms.

Jeff offers a unique perspective in having served on all sides of the innovate, invest, build and exit process: as the corporate buy-side M&A executive, as a founder, as CEO, angel investor, institutional VC investor, Board member, as a Big4 consulting , “fundless sponsor” working with PE firms to target acquisitions, member of a management team architecting the sell-side aspects of an M&A transaction and as hybrid consultant / investment banker.
