    Q&A
If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?

Just what I'm doing right now....selling real estate in Miami Beach and NYC, and looking for new ideas to invest in.
Long vacations overseas are great too!

What words of advice would you give your younger self?

Be patient...be humble...open your ears and eyes and mind.

What's the most creative thing you've ever done?

The most creative thing I've ever done is renovate an historic home. I loved it so much, I can't stop. I'm a serial renovator.

Which founders or startups do you most admire?

My husband Greg Kouri was an amazing visionary and charmer that could sell ice to an Eskimo. And right now I most admire Elon Musk for being the amazing visionary he is, and having the balls not to back down from turning his dreams into reality.

    What's your super power?

I'm a vampire and I'm psychic. Double trouble!

What's the best way for people to get in touch with you?

    Text me at 786-353-4050

What words of wisdom do you live by?

You only live once, so make your mark now.

What aspects of your work are you most passionate about?

    Every small detail.

What was the most impactful class you took in school?

Biology in 5th grade when we dissected a calves brain in Miss Eileen's class at Little Red School House NYC.

What's something you wish you had done years earlier?

Realized that you only live once and taken my husband Greg on a trip around the world.

    What's an obstacle you've overcome?

Being a razor sharp woman in the man's world.

What's the most useful business-related book you've ever read?

Lisa Randall's Dark Matter and the Dinosaurs. And Sally Krawchecks book. I rented Sally an apartment once.

    What's your favorite non-business book?

So many...The Outsiders probably, then Scarface, and Are You There God, It's Me Margaret.
