Over 5 years built and run Mendeley until its exit to Reed Elsevier in April 2013 (http://techcrunch.com/2013/04/08/confirmed-elsevier-has-bought-mendeley-for-69m-100m-to-expand-open-social-education-data-efforts/).
As MD for Mendeley at Reed Elsevier I have managed the integration and further growth to a team of 120 staff, and essentially establishing Elsevier's digital transition with Mendeley being the cornerstone of the company's digital strategy.
I'm passionate about digital education, and I'm helping to build London-based Emerge Education, as well as other high-growth start-ups, such as Dubsmash as well as primarily professional information services.

Something beyond just an early prototype, e.g initial user traction; revenues not necessary; can be a very innovative product; both B2B and B2C. I specifically like digital education, digital publishing, and professional information services. I like to get my hands dirty.
