    Focus. Ignore the noise.

    Build a business from an idea to profitability.

    Also, marriage and raising a little girl. Creating a happy life and trust with other people takes creativity.

    What words of wisdom do you live by?

    Always be searching for ways to lift people up. Always be looking for opportunities. Always remain positive. Always be learning. Never be afraid to ask.

    (I don't usually speak in absolutes despite the fact that this answer would suggest otherwise.)

    What aspects of your work are you most passionate about?

    Building a culture of people who are eager to help anyone else in the org, regardless of job title.
