Most impressive is becoming less self centered (hard to do in academia), more confident, & continually discovering a better version of myself. I am my own greatest barrier & realizing this myself has helped me help others (employees of companies) climb to their new levels of greatness.
Other achievements:
-Formed a start up (2020) despite mom of 2 girls in the middle of covid distance learning. Aware is a subscription-based, direct-to-employer (without billing or involving insurance) musculoskeletal (MSK) vendor. A physical therapist (PT) meets with the employee at risk for developing pain over tele-health for early intervention/first aid, keeping employees healthy, at work, and out of the medical system
-15yrs learning from my patients as a PT. Promoted from Assistant to Associate Professor after 9yrs of teaching MSK content, the fear of talking in front of hundreds of Doctor of Physical Therapy students daily made me know my stuff, drove me to ask and study my questions

What I'm doing.
Love yourself.
Live in the present and be kind to myself (the hardest) and others.
Serving as a resource to help employees realize their body heals over time, we just need to give it a nudge in the right direction sometimes.
Be born in this world and be able to move around without any batteries or power source. That is a miracle!
