    - Managed 4 PMs, while also serving as an individual contributor for the #1 company priority of integrating with IKEA's systems. This allows IKEA customers to purchase TaskRabbit assembly on ikea.com and in stores.
    - Owned the product discovery, strategy, requirement gathering, and cross-company collaboration between TaskRabbit and IKEA, defining a multi-year integration plan that both teams could agree to.

    Senior Product Manager, International Expansion
    - Brought TaskRabbit to 6 new countries over the span of 2 years, leading the strategy, execution, and company transformation required to begin operating in non-English speaking countries.
    - Reduced launch time by 40% for new countries by developing Launch Playbooks so that developers and future product managers would have the tools and answers needed to repeat the process quickly.
    - Further sped up time-to-market and reduced costs by optimizing our Tasker Registration funnel, launching features and improvements that increased Tasker conversion by 3X.
