• As Sr. CXPM, gathered insights from Partners (CSPs) through monthly feedback forum calls, in-person summits/conferences, and in-depth sessions to gather feedback on Copilot... more opportunity for their customers.
• Championed OKRs for SMB Engineering and SiMBA teams, fostering responsibility and communicating the impact within an organization of 130 members. Educated team to enhance ~20 KRs to ensure they were well-defined.
• Created and shared a clear and persuasive vision and plan for introducing Copilot growth features in M365 Lighthouse. Copilot Opportunities turned into one of the top 5 most used features for the platform and generated 20% of the clicks across 22 other opportunities.
• Culture Champion: Advocate for the inclusion of all voices, mentor for Microsoft for Startups Expert Network, and Certified Copilot Champion, including establishing Copilot Collective with an average of 30 attendees each session.
• As Sr. PM Manager, lead security product strategy to enhance protections for partners and their customers without sacrificing productivity for M365 Lighthouse, to help Microsoft partners scale SMB offerings. Released a permissions (GDAP) Setup wizard that saw 66% of MAU put it to use.
• Coach and mentor 2 reports and broader PM team to drive PM best practices and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Managed team in buildout and pilot of platform functionality including new auth token, then led adoption across 15 teams and numerous sub teams. Gathered telemetry, aligned on timelines, communicated and solved roadblocks, and reported progress before company-wide rollout.
