At Boost Media, I owned our Search Engine Marketer web app rebuild from initial scope to GA release. I conducted 50+ user research sessions and usability tests to determine MVP feature set and improve usability. I also redesigned Boost's support engineering prioritization process to leverage a cross-functional team which increased stakeholder satisfaction and halved product owner time commitment.
In 2013, I founded and built Snap Tailor into a profitable e-commerce business. In the early stages, I developed, tested, and iterated MVPs until product-market fit was found. Then, I coded snaptailor.com (HTML5, CSS, JS), instrumented for analytics, and optimized the conversion funnel.
Earlier in my career as a Technical Account Manager at Applied Materials, I oversaw the company's first solar module factory start-up in China from $140M contract signing through early final customer acceptance. I also coached our Asia regional support team to improve issue resolution time and communication.
