Achievements
I was the head of UX at Kosmix (acquired by Wal-Mart for $300m). I led product design and the team for all aspects of the core Kosmix products.
I was UX Lead at Flickr, and worked with the team who took the product just after acquisition to over 40m active members.
I was the first UX Director at Splunk (and the 4th employee), setting the stage for much of how the core product works today.
I often speak at conferences and schools about UX and startups.
