I managed The Montgomery Summit, a leading invitation-only technology conference in Southern California connected to the venture capital firm, March Capital Partners. As Conference Manager, I performed many functions and developed a broad range of skills. I worked under pressure to deliver all aspects of the conference - drawing together over 1,500 attendees, 150 presenting companies and more than 1,700 one-one meetings over two days. Throughout the year I hosted smaller gatherings from dinners to panel events with sponsors such as NASDAQ, EY & Macquarie Bank.
