George Arison

I founded Shift to make car buying, selling, and owning super easy. When we got started, the idea of bringing the customer the car for a test drive seemed totally foreign to almost everyone. Now customers love our product and our NPS is through the roof. We have an amazing team, we've raised over $110M in capital, and we are having fun building an incredible company.

In 2007 I co-founded Taxi Magic, which invented the use of mobile devices for on-demand services (in our case transportation). We put an app on the Blackberry when everyone thought we were nuts. We made some mistakes along the way, allowing for Uber and Lyft to happen, but I learned a tremendous amount.

I've worked at Google, BCG, and in politics, and written a book about Georgia, the country where I was born.
