1) Founded first alternative high school in the nation using the community as the school for kids regardless of income class
2) Produced numerous national awarding documentaries that aired on major PBS stations, and were significant in helping to avoid nuclear war with the Soviets by building our anti nuke Peace Movement in the 80s
3) Ran non-profit to educate Californians and Iowa caucus participants about public funding of elections--the reform that would make all other reforms possible
4) Authored a book and developed a pilot for highly successful commercial reality TV series about Play and Fun for workaholic couples/parents
