1. Led the design and build of the Chemistry platform which in less than 4 years has taken the business into international markets across 34 countries and increased our average deal size by a factor of 10
2. Took a share in and turned around a loss making business, delivering record EBITDA to the shareholders and leading the sale to a much larger new parent company.

If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?
Leading a fund and investing in start ups in HR Tech. Great ideas are two a penny but it takes so much more to bring them to life. The HR tech sector has huge potential but is largely misunderstood by investors and entrepreneurs.
What words of advice would you give your younger self?
I would say:
1. Trust your gut. Turns out it was right all along ;)
2. Dont sweat the small stuff. No really don't.
3. Be more confident and brave. You gave away a lot.
4. Push back and challenge more.
