    Don't compare your weaknesses to other people's strengths.

    What's the most creative thing you've ever done?

    Designed a lot of web pages and features....

    Which founders or startups do you most admire?

    Too many to mention. Off the top of my head: AirBnB for their business model (nailing two-sided marketplaces is hard!). Mailchimp for their UX. Jason Lemkin for his no-nonsense advice to SaaS startups. Steve Jobs for his intuition.

    What's your super power?

    The three Ps: Positivity, Perseverance, and PowerPoint.

    What aspects of your work are you most passionate about?

    Solving problems and building great solutions for our customers.

    What was the most impactful class you took in school?

    Authentic Leadership Development at HBS. Sounds fluffy, but it changed my life.

    What's something you wish you had done years earlier?

    Gotten more sleep!

    What's an obstacle you've overcome?

    Making it in the U.S. as an international student with no network.
