In three years, FH+H has grown from 1 lawyer in 1 office with 1 client to 25 lawyers and staff in 3 offices serving 300+ corporate and individual clients. In the same period of time, MAG has grown to a $30M+ annual revenue company with 60+ employees working on 4 continents.

France has previously served in every branch of Government, having served as a law clerk to the Senate Judiciary Committee, clerked for Judge Thomas Griffith on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and was appointed by President George W. Bush as an Associate White House Counsel and Special Assistant to the President in 2007. Shortly after leaving the White House in January 2009, France mobilized in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM where he served as the Executive Officer of a U.S. Army Special Forces Company on a 7 month combat deployment in Southeast Afghanistan.
