    About
    Achievements

I've been at a handful of startups and several successful exits, as well as small and medium companies. I'm very good at identifying gaps in process, filling them, and then formalizing the role and handing it off. For example, at Splunk, I identified a need for release management and go-to-market coordination and created the role of release manager. At OmniSci, I've successfully integrated community member activity into the sales pipeline by broadening use of Salesforce. I like growing organizations.

Describe the most impressive thing you've done.
