Eddie is executive chairman and a co-founder of Shiftgig, a leading workforce technology company. He co-founded the company in 2012 and led Shiftgig as CEO until 2017 from idea to 200 employees and 3 rounds of venture financing ($59M)
Eddie is also co-founder and board director of OneGoal, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that improves college persistence by empowering urban high school students through a teacher-led, three-year fellowship. OneGoal has grown to over 150 staff members, a $20 million annual budget in large part due to the program’s success – 98% of program fellows get accepted to college and 78% are persisting. The program has grown from idea to 13,500 students across six cities.
