HerMoney Media is a one-year old digital media company changing the relationships women have with money…one woman at a time. Women have more money than ever… · More before – more earning power, spending power, investing power, giving power. What we don’t have is confidence in our abilities to use that money to create the life we want. HerMoney, a daily shot of financial confidence, fills that void.
Our small but growing team produces and monetizes high quality, trusted understandable content specifically for women. Our products include the HerMoney Newsletter, HerMoney with Jean Chatzky Podcast and HerMoney.com. We also produce regular in-person events and maintain a robust social media presence. All are aimed at bringing the women in our community along financially, while simultaneously entertaining, informing, motivating and supporting them.
Self-starters (who are also finishers), idea generators, and mission-focused people will succeed at HerMoney. Although our team members have individual jobs and responsibilities, we often roll up our sleeves and collaborate creatively to complete tasks that are out of our respective lanes. Every HerMoney team member is expected to represent the brand and its values of trustworthiness, excellence, empathy and kindness.
We are based in New York City, but offer some opportunities to work remotely and on a flexible schedule (so don’t let that stop you from contacting us).

David Wieder, president and co-founder of HerMoney, brings over 25 years’ experience as a startup founder, CEO, advisor, consultant and strategist in the fields of socially responsible investment, nonprofits, foundations, and start-up companies. During his tenure as CEO and co-founder of Domini Impact Investments, the company grew from less than $250 million to over $2 billion in assets under management. After retiring from Domini, he ran Committed Capital, a private investment and management consulting firm and sits on the board of Washington Montessori School and chairs the finance committee at the W. O’Neil Foundation. David holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. He lives in Sherman, Connecticut, with his wife Jane and two children. Follow him on Twitter and Instagram @David Wieder.
