I scaled a development team in Latin America from 3 employees to 10 in one of the most competitive startup markets that currently exists.startup industries (taxi booking).
SaferTaxi is resembles both Uber and Hailo. In a 7 month span I designed both web and mobile (B2B and B2C) product that got the company to a market leading position in the region. When I first started I was fresh out of TechStars and Boston College. I did not understand the language or culture.
Now we are an agile team that operates on lean principles and SafeTaxi continues to make acquisitions.
I could not have managed 8 different products without an amazing team and a horrible case of product ADD.
