Successfully invested in a small technology company by identifying the company was developing a technology leadership position in police computer aided dispatch and records management systems (CAD/RMS). Understanding the fractured nature of the market, the existence of mostly legancy systems in use and the disruptive nature of the new technology platform, I put together an investment to fund this company through its final development and initial commercialization of its solution; seeing a successful exit in the sale of its solution to a Tier 2 police CAD/RMS solution provider within the expected timeline.
