Deepak Ravindran is a serial entrepreneur from India has founded three mobile messaging companies in a decade: Innoz, Quest and Lookup. He has been recognised as one of the outstanding innovators under 35 by the MIT Technology Review and one of Asia’s 21 emerging leaders under 40 by the Asia Society. Recently, Business Insider described Deepak as the "Mark Zuckerberg of India".
His latest startup Lookup raised $3 million in funding from a range of top investors, including Vinod Khosla’s personal fund Khosla Impact, Twitter co-founder Biz Stone, Narayana Murthy’s Catamaran Ventures and Global Founders Capital, the investment fund from the Samwer brothers behind Rocket Internet. Lookup was acquired by NowFloats in 2016.
